picPROGII

The picPROGII is a pocket-size inexpensive programmer that supports over 500 devices, such as parallel EPROMs (27 series), Flash Memories (28, 29 series), serial EPROMs (24, 93 series), and many embedded microcontrollers, including almost all programmable 8051 chips with OTP, UV eraseable, and Flash types of the program memory. Low voltage devices are also supported.
The picPROGII has one ZIF 40 pin socket. Using on-board re-programmable FPGA allows it to handle many of today's (and tomorrow's) devices in DIP packages without additional adapters. Optional PLCC, SOIC, TSOP and other adapters are obtainable.
The programmer can load and save files in Binary and Intel extended Hex formats. It has a sophisticated editor that enables to mark blocks, copy blocks from one window to another, calculate and burn in checksums and open several buffers for viewing memory dumps and files in binary, decimal, hexadecimal, ASCII and other formats. Any area of the target chip may be checked, read, written, overwritten and verified. Free software update is available through our web.
